Shipping policy

UK STANDARD

UK Standard Delivery charge is calculated depending on your order weight,  value, and compensation required in the unlikely event of it being lost in transit. Standard delivery time frame is 3 to 10 working days from your order date.

A signature may be required upon receipt. Any parcels not signed for will have to be rearranged for delivery, using the delivery card left at the delivery address.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Prices are calculated automatically at checkout depending on the weight and order value. Delivery time frames depend on the country, but vary from 3 to 20 working days.

International orders are subject to import tax. Customers will be responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, and additional fees, which vary among shipping countries and products. Please contact the customs authority in your country for more details. The Courier will invoice you for the customs duties when the package arrives.

If a price is not showing or your order is over 2KG in weight: please contact our customer services team for international delivery so that a customized order can be created for you. 

Orders are dispatched with various companies and once they have arrived in the destination county they will be delivered by local couriers.
